What should I do if my order has been lost in the Post?
Oh no! We truly hope not :( Have you taken a look at the shipping guidelines to see how long your parcel might take to get to you?
Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post, we're reliant on the information they provide from that point. Any information that is available to us is found via your tracking link. If you opted for regular tracked or express postage with your order, your tracking number will be included in the Shipping Confirmation email you receive from us. Do let us know if that email has gone astray and we can send it to you again :)
If you believe your order should have arrived by now and suspect something is amiss, a great place to start with this is to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to locate your parcel. To do this, just use your tracking link to submit the enquiry and this will alert them to the problem. Sometimes this is all it takes to get your parcel back on the road again :)
Please keep us in the loop if you do submit a query with Australia Post. This just means that any communication we personally receive from them, we can pass on to you.

- If you selected to have your item sent as Untracked Postage, there is no way for us to help you locate your parcel once it has left our care.
