Can I put a rush on my order?
You must have a special occasion coming up - thanks for thinking of us!
Because our personalised products are made to order, we do recommend that customers allow up to three weeks for their gorgeous items to be created, sorted and packaged - before the Postie collects it.
Usually, the turnaround time is much quicker than this, but if you're wanting to be extra sure your order will get to you before that special day, we're more than happy to help where we can, as long as it's within an achievable timeline and we know about it in advance :)
The best thing to do if you're needing something in a hurry is to give us a call to have a quick chat and we can let you know what's possible.* We'll be available to chat anytime between 9am and 3pm (EST), from Monday to Thursday on 03 9070 8156.
When you place your order, please keep in mind that Express Shipping will get it to you much quicker than Regular Post once the order is made and ready to go from our end. This is definitely our recommendation to ensure delivery isn't slowed down once it's with the postal service.
Please note that during peak times such as during SALES, and in the lead up to special occasions such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, End of Term gifting and Christmas - we don't offer this option.
