Can I upgrade my postage after I've placed my order?

Sure, we can help you out with this. As long as your order hasn't been packaged and readied for the postal collection, we can arrange to upgrade your parcel to Express postage.*
Simply give us a call or shoot us an email to let us know that you'd like to upgrade your postage.
On our end, we'll then organise an invoice which will be emailed to you for you to pay for the additional postage costs.
*Please note that during peak times such as prior to Mother's Day, Father's Day, End of Term gifting and Christmas we don't offer this option. Trying to accommodate upgrades after postage labels have been printed places a huge strain on our team, meaning we're unable to apply changes after this point.
