I believe my item is faulty, do you offer a warranty?
Lots of love and care goes into packaging orders for shipment, and each item is inspected thoroughly before it’s sent to make sure that your item is ready to arrive to you as intended.
While we don’t offer a warranty period for any of our products, if you believe there is something wrong with your order, please contact us with your order number, photographs and descriptions of the issue. We assess these rare occasions on a case-by-case basis, and then determine whether an item can be returned and replaced or repaired.
We encourage you to follow all product care guidelines found in the product description, on the website and the instructions that accompany your product, in order to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the long-life and quality of your items. We are an email or phone call away, if you require any further information regarding the long-term care of your particular product.
Where repair or replacement is deemed necessary by our team, return or replacement shipping costs may be payable by you.
Replacements will not be offered if for some reason you:
- change your mind
- decide you don't like the purchase
- have made an error when placing the order
- decide you no longer have use for it
- damage the product by not handling carefully as per our product care guides, and/or mounting items securely to surfaces
Arlo & Co cannot take any responsibility for damaged mail once it has left our care. We also don’t offer refunds or exchanges on personalised and custom orders.
