How can I change the spacing on my personalised note?

We have a few products that allow you to enter your own special message, however some products won't allow you to enter spacing or change the formatting of your note.

These messages are drawn up automatically in our system, with a template that fits the wording in the best possible way, including how they are centred. 

Although the template often gives the best results, we can also let you know that they are previewed by the workshop team before the next stage of production. This means that if a layout stands out to them as particularly unfortunate, it will be manually corrected. 

Sometimes they will be drawn up over over two lines, sometimes over three depending on the number of characters. We take every measure to ensure all the products are made with the best quality and care. :)
