Can I combine or bundle more than one order to save on postage costs?

We understand that shipping can sometimes be costly when you're placing multiple orders. When possible, we're happy to help you out by sending your orders together in one parcel.*  We can only do this for orders that have been placed very closely together, and for orders where you have paid postage. We cannot combine with orders that have qualified for free shipping.

Just make sure you call or email us once you place the additional order to let us know you'd like to do this, and we'll let our dispatch team know so they're aware that you have more than one order to be sent.  

As long as your order hasn't been packaged and readied for the postal collection, we can bundle your orders together and then refund you the shipping cost of the smallest parcel. After your orders have been sent, any additional postage charges you paid will be refunded back to the method of payment.** This will be finalised within a couple of days of your package leaving our studio.

*Please note that during peak periods, this just isn't possible as it places a huge strain on our team and can create further delays on production times.

*Any orders processed using Afterpay will receive a discount code to the value of the additional postage costs paid. All other orders will receive a refund of postage charges.
