We understand the excitement when you've placed an order for something amazing and that you'd like to know what's going on.
Most of the contact we make with you will be via email, so do make sure that you've entered your email address correctly.
When you place your order, you'll receive an initial email from us to confirm your order. That's a great opportunity to double check that all your order details are correct. If not - contact us urgently!
Once we have your order, our team will get on to creating your beautiful pieces and then when your order has been created, had final touches applied, has been packaged and then readied for the Postie - you'll receive an email to let you know that your order will soon be on it's way to you.
Usually, your parcel will be collected that day or the morning of the next business day.
Once your Arlo & Co goodies are with the postal service, if you've selected Regular Tracked or Express Postage, you'll be able to follow the progress of your parcel as it makes its way to you. The tracking link is found in that Shipping Confirmation email :)
