My name plaque looks different to what I ordered.

Oh, that can be disappointing :(

We understand that it's important to show you what your piece will look like, before you commit to ordering, which is why we include a preview window for you when you place the order. Then you can be assured that we will create and design your plaque exactly as you've seen it.

Sometimes it can be hard to remember what you've seen online once a couple of weeks has passed, it might be helpful for you to pop over to the product on our website and type it in again, so you can see the preview you would have seen when you placed the order.
