Do you provide a proof of my order before making it?

Most of our designs don't come with an email proof, which is why many of our products provide a preview of your customisation before you order your piece. The exception to this will be our stunning Birthday Boards.

Our custom products are created by our very talented designer who carefully designs and produces products that look beautiful, before being completed and then packaged and sent to you. If we have any questions or concerns about your order, we will be in touch to clarify too.

When ordering custom products, just make sure that you provide plenty of details about what you’re after and you'll be sure to love your finished piece.

Occasionally, we are able to provide a proof for items that don't usually come with one, but this is on a case by case basis and it does attract an additional fee. If in doubt, simply get in touch and we can let you know what solutions are available to you :)
