How can I make my photo portrait or landscape?

We'd love to help you with this!

It's a simple fix - we promise. What you'll need to do before uploading, is to rotate your image and save it in the orientation/direction you're wanting us to create it for you, so that when you upload your photo, it will be facing the desired way within the crop lines.

We understand it can be a tricky to visualise this, so we've helped you out with some examples below. :)

This photo has been uploaded without rotating, and the image will be printed landscape/horizontally:

We hope that makes sense, but if you're still having trouble, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we can see what we can do to help you out. :)
