My name plaque is much smaller than I expected.

We know that disappointed feeling of receiving something other than what you expected. That feeling is exactly why we try to make sure you have all the info that you need before you make your purchase. 

We absolutely want to make sure you received what you purchased, so maybe just check on these couple of considerations below; and then if there's still something amiss, we'll try to fix it for you!

These are the details included in the product descriptions regarding max heights/lengths of each piece:

Regular
These come in a max length of 30cm, and the letter height will be no greater than 15cm

Large
These will be created up to 50cm in length, maximum of 22cm letter height

Extra large
These will be created up to 80cm in length, maximum of 35cm letter height 

Every plaque length and height will be dependent on the name/word you choose, as each will have different characters. Shorter names will likely reach the maximum height before they reach the maximum length. Similarly, longer names will likely reach the maximum length before they reach the maximum height.
